Return Policy:
We will gladly replace any item that is found to be defective. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. To return an item you must contact us prior to shipping the item back in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA# must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note inside the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. Returns that do not have RMA #'s on the label will be refused and returned to sender. Return packages should be addressed as follows:

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the customer's request. Replacements for defective items will be shipped to you free of charge. If the product is NOT defective, you will have a choice of in house credit (less S&H and 20% restocking fee) or to have the item shipped back to you. Refunds for non-defective items will be issued in the form of credit on a future purchase. Please note we do not pay for shipping on returned items.
