Hinkley Solutions Return Policy: Hinkley Solutions Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the customer's request. Replacements for defective items will be shipped to you free of charge. If the product is NOT defective, you will have a choice of in house credit (less S&H and 20% restocking fee) or to have the item shipped back to you. Refunds for non-defective items will be issued in the form of credit on a future purchase. Please note we do not pay for shipping on returned items. **Taser returns are different.
